So after watching the Little Black Bag review on youtube via Michele1218's channel I was instantly motivated to try this site. I had tried Birchbox a few months ago and for only $10 a month I was no pleased. Maybe that will be another blog post...or maybe I'll just let that one go! Because I really want to share how great this site is. Before I go any further, I was not paid or contacted by Little Black Bag. I purchased the membership with my own money and I was never asked to do a review. I may post the link to this review on their Facebook Page just because I want them to know how pleased I am thus far. I'll do part 2 of the review when the box (that has already shipped might I add) arrives. Anyways...here we go.
So the moment the lovely Michele's video ended, I rushed to www.Littleblackbag.com and signed up. I don't mess around when it comes to fashion and a good deal. So when creating an account you take a quiz and that information is an assessment of your style. They were right on target with me! I was excited. So then I ended up with two items in my bag and a third one that I got to choose. I chose an Olivia and Joy red leather bag, but soon traded it. That's the amazing thing! You can actually make trade offers with other members. Say you have a pair of gloves that you would never wear and someone else has a bracelet that you would be delighted to have. Make an offer and they can deny or accept it. At this point I was addicted and for 7 days and 7 nights I made trade after trade, aspiring to see what I would end up with. Another thing I loved is that each item has its retail value listed on its page, BUT that has no affect on you once you pay your monthly fee. I still paid $49.95 for three classy high end items. Love it!
So the items are currently in California. I know this because I have been anxiously tracking it because I'm literally so excited for it to get here. Once it arrives I will do the second half of the review and share the items I ended up with. Still though, I suggest everybody check it out. Either way it is definitely worth the time and a blast for any fashion lover. I can't wait to share my items with you all!
Goodies and glam.

ps...I may do a youtube video on the mini haul. Thoughts? I've always considered doing some YT videos for some posts but I haven't taken the plunge.

Where is winter!?
Is anyone else having an issue with the lack of winter? Where I live it isn't unusual for the weather to be a little bizarre at times but we always get major snow storms. The most we have had is a little over two inches. It's definitely putting a damper in my favorite winter styles because its rarely been cold enough to pull off those looks all day. I love this candle for the cold months starting with after Thanksgiving. It has the perfect holiday scent with cloves, pine trees and well...winter! The great thing about it though is you won't get sick of it after Christmas. Whenever its gray and a little snowy outside, just light this baby up and you can't help but want to curl up with an over sized mug of hot cocoa and sit by the fire. It is seasonal and usually retails for around 19.99 but I got mine with the 2/$20 deal. I have also seen the candle on ebay if you want it now. Definitely add it to your list of items to pick up next holiday season. If you can't wait until then they sell it in the Wallflower too! Warm cloves and hot chocolate...here is hoping I find winter soon. Much love.
